Bangi CPA Tracker
Bangi CPA Tracker is a self-hosted CPA tracker for learning, testing, and running early CPA campaigns without paying for an expensive tracker subscription before the traffic is profitable.
It is simple, functional, and inexpensive to run: install it on a small VPS, connect your own domains, send traffic to landing pages or redirects, receive leads and postbacks, and read the numbers that tell you whether a campaign is working.
Bangi does not try to match every feature of mature commercial trackers. The goal is to cover the core workflow clearly and keep the fixed cost low while you test offers, traffic sources, landing pages, and routing ideas.
Start Here
If you are setting up the tracker for the first time, follow the guides in this order:
- Install the tracker on a new Ubuntu server.
- Set up the dashboard domain so you can open the dashboard through your own HTTPS hostname.
- Create a campaign and flows to route traffic to a landing page or redirect visitors to an external URL.
After the first campaign works:
- Build flow rules when you need country, device, browser, bot, or split-test routing.
- Read the statistics report to analyze clicks, leads, payouts, expenses, profit, and ROI.
- Check system health and potential problems when alerts, certificates, server health, or campaign discards need attention.
- Connect external landing pages through the tracking API when you host landings outside the tracker.
What You Need
- A fresh Ubuntu 24.04 LTS x64 VDS/VPS.
- Root access to the server over SSH.
- DNS access for the domain or subdomains you want to use.
- An IP2Location LITE download token.
- An email address for Let's Encrypt certificate registration.
What You Can Learn
With this setup, you can practice the main parts of CPA tracking:
- Sending ad traffic through a campaign domain.
- Routing visitors by country, device, browser, bot status, or split-test percentage.
- Hosting a landing page inside the tracker or redirecting to an external page.
- Receiving lead and postback events from outside systems.
- Comparing clicks, leads, payouts, expenses, profit, and ROI.
What To Expect
Bangi is useful when you want a compact tracker that is affordable to keep online and clear enough to understand while you learn. You should be comfortable following terminal commands, editing DNS records, and reading setup instructions carefully.
Bangi is a good fit while you are still building experience and have not yet run dozens of campaign tests across many offers, audiences, and traffic sources. If you are already past that stage and have managed a hundred ad campaigns, you may start needing the advanced optimization, collaboration, anti-fraud, and automation features of a mature commercial tracker.
